1.Panel Check includes the following
a. Check for proper operation of Circuit Breakers.
b. Check that all Circuit Breakers are properly sized for the wire.
c. Check that all connections are tight.
d. Check for overheated wires in panel and we will repair them at the time of the inspection at no additional charge.
e. Check that panel is properly labeled
f. If we find any issue(s) that may need to be addressed we will make recommendations to correct the issue(s)
2.Check all accessible receptacles.
a. Test Receptacles for proper Ground and Polarity
b. Infrared heat test all receptacles for overheating
c.Check for broken Receptacles and Covers
d. If we find any issue(s) that may need to be addressed we will make recommendations to correct the issue(s)
3. Check all GFI receptacle
a. Test all GFCI Receptacles for proper operation
b. Test Receptacles for proper Ground and Polarity
